We want you to love your shopping experience and your new purchase, but we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item.
‘CHANGE OF MIND’ RETURNS
For ‘change of mind’ returns (including where the item is not the correct size) we are happy to offer you a store credit for any full priced item/s that are returned to us within 14 days after you have received your order.
Store credits are valid for 6 months.
If you would like to return an item, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a confirmation email with a Return Authorisation number.
To receive a store credit:
- You must return the item within 14 days of receiving your order;
- The item must be in new condition, unworn, and with tags still attached.
- Items with signs of wear will not be accepted e.g. makeup or deodorant stains, or other marks.
All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
PLEASE NOTE: SALE items cannot be returned and are final sale.
(Unless deemed faulty).
Faulty items will be repaired, replaced or refunded (in accordance with Australian Consumer Law). Please email us at email@example.com and we will happily arrange for the item to be returned to us.
