We want you to love your shopping experience and your new purchase, but we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item.
‘CHANGE OF MIND’ RETURNS
For ‘change of mind’ returns, we are happy to offer you a store credit for any full priced item/s that are returned to us within 14 days after you have received your order.
Store credits are valid for 6 months.
If you would like to return an item, please send us an email at email@example.com and we will send you a confirmation email with a Return Authorisation number.
To receive a store credit:
All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Unfortunately, we do not offer ‘change of mind’ returns on sale items (unless faulty), so please choose carefully.
Faulty items will be refunded in full. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will happily arrange for the item to be returned to us, and a refund of the full purchase price.
